Due to the worsening epidemiological situation in Kyrgyzstan, we are making adjustments to our work schedule.
From 01 July 2020 year, customer service will be provided:
Bishkek from 09:00 to 17:00, break from 12:00 to 13:00.
Osh Сity from 08:30 to 16:30, break from 12:00 to 13:00.
The Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank is taking all measures aimed at ensuring the safety and health of its employees and customers. We regularly sanitize all premises of the Bank and daily check the health status of each of our employees. Our employees, being at workplaces, are exposed to daily risk of infection, but we do our best to provide the full range of banking services.
We ask you to use the Bank’s services remotely through Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. You can replenish your accounts, cards and deposits, repay the loan through Umai payment terminals and through the Balance.kg application (the service is available for Beeline subscribers).
Once again, we ask you to look after yourself and visit the Bank only in case of emergency. When visiting our offices, you must have a mask with you, treat your hands with a disinfectant located at the entrance to the Bank. Stay in the Bank premises at a distance of at least 2 meters from each other. If necessary, or a large concentration of customers, employees will ask you to wait outside the Bank in the fresh air. Please be aware of these precautions.
