As part of the global campaign, the Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank planned a number of activities, including a tour for 3-4 grade students of “Ilim” educational complex. The young excursionists with great interest were immersed in the banking everyday life and watched the work of specialists. With great pleasure children visited the cash register, depository, working places of the employees, asking them a lot of questions. Students got acquainted with modern banking products and technologies in the form of a game, watched how the sorting and vacuum machines work and learned about the possibilities of mobile applications that allow you to manage your finances at any time and in any place. And the bank partners from the Interbank Processing Center told about the national payment system “Elcart”.
During the excursion the children were lucky to take part in the opening of a numismatic exhibition and see firsthand a unique collection of coins dedicated to the 30th anniversary of our national currency - the Som. The children also met with the head of the company, which owns a major stake in the Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank, a Swiss businessman Jürg Stäubli, who despite the short duration of his visit to Kyrgyzstan found time to share the secrets of his success with the younger generation and answer their questions.
