«KSB Commercial Bank» closed joint stock company began its history in 2013 with the arrival of a Swiss investor in the Kyrgyz Republic, i.e. Petram Finance Company, which took on the rehabilitation of the bankrupt Kyrgyzdiykanbank OJSC, which on 23 January 2014 was re-registered as «Kyrgyz-Swiss Bank» CJSC.
