Head of Infrastructure Department

Lead the team of system and network administrators within the Infrastructure Department;

Operate and develop server infrastructure and virtualization systems, including physical servers, iLO/iDRAC, storage systems, and RAID;

Manage network infrastructure, including L2/L3, VLANs, routing, BGP, Cisco Firepower, Fortinet, IPsec/VPN, branch connectivity, and relationships with internet service providers;

Manage backup and recovery processes and participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP);

Monitor infrastructure and configure alerts using Zabbix and Grafana;

Maintain and update the IT asset register and Configuration Management Database (CMDB);

Coordinate the modernization project for the primary and backup data centers;

Manage hardware and service providers and participate in preparing procurement requests;

Maintain and update technical infrastructure documentation.

At least 2 years of experience leading an IT infrastructure team comprising system administrators and network engineers;

Strong expertise in server virtualization, storage area networks (SAN), RAID, and backup solutions;

Knowledge of networking technologies: L2/L3, VLAN, BGP, VPN/IPsec; experience with Cisco Firepower and/or Fortinet;

Knowledge of Windows Server/Linux, Active Directory/GPO, and Exchange/Microsoft 365;

Experience operating and/or modernizing a data center (DC), including servers, storage systems, power supply, and climate control;

Experience working in a bank or another regulated financial institution is a significant advantage;

Experience configuring and maintaining monitoring systems (Zabbix/Grafana);

Willingness to work irregular hours and take on-call shifts in the event of incidents affecting critical infrastructure.
