Responsibilities

Forming and implementing the bank’s strategy in promoting banking products, including: Organizing planning, placement, and purchasing of advertising; Implementing advertising campaigns and promotions to stimulate direct sales;

Analyzing market trends, competitive environment, and the needs of the target audience to determine effective marketing approaches.

Forming annual plans for activities to stimulate direct sales with the involvement of external companies.

Collaborating with the front office and other departments to ensure alignment of the company’s marketing and business goals.

Managing the company’s brand, ensuring its recognition and positive reputation.

Coordinating PR activities, interacting with the media, and organizing events to raise awareness about the company.

Identifying and evaluating promising markets and segments for expanding the company's presence.

Defining and allocating the marketing budget, controlling its effective use to achieve the set goals.

Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising activities and optimizing them.

Organizing activities in the field of producing communication materials (printed and promotional items).

Working with contractors (creative, media, research, BTL agencies, etc.), including organizing selection contests, monitoring, and evaluating the quality of their work.

Requirements

Higher education (Marketing, PR, Economics, Management);

At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the banking or financial sector;

Team management experience of 2–3 years;

Excellent knowledge of marketing tools (digital, SMM, content strategy, PR);

Excellent knowledge of marketing tools (digital, SMM, content strategy, PR);

Skills in working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.);

Ability to develop and present strategies;

Communication skills, initiative, leadership qualities;
