Conducting analysis of customer experience at all stages of interaction with the bank.

Higher education in marketing, management, economics, finance, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (customer relationship manager, marketing specialist, sales specialist, or project manager).
Experience working with clients in B2B or B2C sectors, preferably in banking or financial sectors.
Understanding the principles and processes of banking products and the customer journey.
Knowledge of the basics of working with CRM systems.
Proficiency in data analysis tools will be an advantage.
