Organization of the department's work and implementation of its activities;
Development and implementation of activities aimed at improving and enhancing the forms and methods of remote services.
Initiating, coordinating, and participating in projects involving changes in the Bank's ABS (Automated Banking System);
Formulation of business requirements for the development and implementation of new products and services for internet/mobile banking;
Conducting market analysis to identify new customer requirements and needs in remote service channels;
Working with partners to connect new services for internet/mobile banking.
Higher education in economics and/or technical (information technologies) field;
Work experience in the banking sector of at least 3 (three) years;
Professional experience in the specialty of at least 2 (two) years;
Knowledge of service standards and direct customer service experience of at least 1 (one) year
Knowledge in the fields of economics and information technologies.
