Chief Financial Officer

Developing the Bank's financial policy, creating measures to ensure the Bank's financial stability;

Strategic planning of the Bank's financial activities;

Development and implementation of the budgeting system;

Analysis of the Bank's financial and economic activities;

Managing the Bank's financial flows;

Control of the accounting department's operations;

Tax planning: calculation, analysis, optimization;

Negotiating with financial and credit institutions;

Setting up management accounting, preparing management reports;

Preparation of consolidated financial statements;

Participation in the expertise of the Bank's investment and business projects;

Participation in the preparation of financial-economic models;

Analysis and assessment of the Bank's financial risks.

Higher education in finance or economics;

At least 5 years of experience as a chief accountant or financial specialist (preferably in the banking sector);

Knowledge of financial, tax planning, and budgeting procedures;

Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating banking activities;

Experience working with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards);

Excellent skills in the areas of: financial and tax risk assessment, attracting financing, optimization and control of management accounting;

Financial analysis and preparation of reports on the current financial condition, preparation of the business plan and strategy, preparation of the Bank’s budget.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal reference materials;

CFA, CIMA, ACCA/CPA, CAP/CIPA certifications will be an advantage;

Proficiency in English;
