Development of long-term relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a high level of service and a personalized approach.
VIP client support: providing consultations on the technical and financial aspects of the Bank's products, assisting in solving issues, and responding promptly to inquiries;
Informing VIP clients about the Bank's products, their features, current promotions, and offers;
Interaction with other departments (operations management, marketing, and contact center) to improve offers for VIP clients.
Higher or secondary-specialized economic education;
At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector, with a preference for customer service experience;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to connect with clients and manage their expectations;
English language is preferred.
