Full maintenance of HR documentation;
Timely preparation of HR orders in accordance with the labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, internal policies, and instructions, as well as preparation of employment contracts for staff;
Creating vacation schedules for employees in compliance with legal requirements and in coordination with heads of departments;
Maintaining employee personnel files, ensuring proper and complete documentation according to established requirements, and timely updating them;
Timely entry and maintenance of employment record books and relevant tracking journals;
Providing relevant certificates and generating specific HR-related reports as required.
Higher or secondary education (in economics, psychology, or law);
Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Understanding of the procedures for preparing, maintaining, and storing HR-related documents;
Knowledge of methods for tracking personnel movement and preparing standard HR reports;
Skills in organizing and maintaining attendance records;
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, MS Project).
