Providing suggestions for adapting products to meet the needs of clients and regions;
Coordination of the bank’s branches on matters related to client acquisition and sales of banking products and services;
Analysis of the effectiveness of existing sales points and preparation of proposals for optimization or opening new ones;
Setting business plans and KPIs for branches (sales, customer base growth, activity);
Implementation of unified sales and customer service standards across branches;
Initiation and execution of campaigns for active client acquisition (including field events);
Analysis of the customer base, segmentation, and adaptation of approaches for different client categories;
Development and support of interactions with the bank’s key external partners;
Participation in the development of new banking products;
Higher education in economics or finance;
At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in business development, sales, or working with corporate clients, especially in transactional banking (settlement and cash services, bank cards, money transfer systems, etc.);
Experience in strategic client base development, building partnerships, and implementing new solutions;
Experience in setting goals, KPIs, and managing branch networks;
Excellent knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Strong leadership skills, result-oriented, with a systematic mindset.
