Conduct off-site meetings and presentations to attract SME clients
Provide consultations on banking products and support the existing client portfolio
Achieve sales targets and expand the client base
Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Analyze market trends and SME client needs
Participate in training activities to improve qualifications
Proven experience in sales and strong communication skills (experience in a bank or financial institution for at least 1 year is an advantage)
Understanding of the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) market
Higher education (preferably in economics) or secondary vocational education
Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work effectively under stress and in dynamic business environments
Willingness to attend regular off-site client meetings
