Head of SME and Retail Lending Department

Ensure effective organization and overall management of the Department’s operations;

Analyze performance and plan the Department’s activities;

Monitor achievement of the Department’s KPIs and take action to improve performance;

Conduct necessary activities to attract potential clients;

Monitor the condition of the loan portfolio and organize work to improve its quality;

Conduct financial analysis of clients’ businesses to assess their overall solvency, stability, and creditworthiness.

At least 3 years of experience in lending;

Strong organizational skills and ability to make management decisions;

Skills in selling banking products and services to clients;

Knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory framework;

Higher education in economics;

Strong communication skills and high standards of client and partner interaction.
