Senior / Middle Specialist of the SME and Retail Lending Department

Consult and serve clients on financing terms (loan tenor, interest rates, financing types, etc.) and on required documents in accordance with the Bank’s internal standards;

Carry out activities to attract potential clients and involve them in the financing process;

Ensure stable growth of the Bank’s loan portfolio while maintaining its acceptable quality through risk minimization and diversification;

Conduct timely and high-quality financial analysis of the client's business to assess overall solvency, financial stability, and creditworthiness;

Prepare expert opinions on financing projects with justification of the feasibility of financing or revision of terms for existing loans.

Higher education in economics, or equivalent experience in the banking sector;

At least 3 years of experience in banking;

At least 2 years of experience in lending;

Sales skills in promoting banking products and services to clients;

Knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory framework;

Proficiency in working with computer programs;

Strong communication skills and a high standard of client and partner interaction.
