Head of Economic Department

Analyze the banking sector of the Kyrgyz Republic;

Participate in the preparation of various internal and regulatory reports.

Develop financial strategies, plan budgets, and prepare business plans;

Prepare monthly reports on business plan execution, analyze financial performance, and forecast financial results;

Prepare recommendations to optimize the Bank’s financial and operational activities;

Approve expenditure requests of structural units in accordance with the approved Bank Budget;

Prepare current and short-term liquidity forecasts;

Monitor the Bank’s compliance with economic ratios and requirements established by the NBKR;

Analyze the Bank’s overall operations and those of its regional and structural units, and provide proposals to Management for performance improvement;

Higher education in economics or finance;

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in banking, including at least 2 years in a managerial role;

Confident PC user, advanced proficiency in Excel;

Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, financial reporting analysis, and related areas;

Understanding of banking legislation and regulatory requirements;

Knowledge of core banking operations;

Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make informed decisions;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with both team members and other departments;

Fluent in Russian; English language proficiency is preferred.
