Acceptance, review, and registration of complaints and requests related to incidents involving the Company’s IT infrastructure services and equipment;
Diagnostics and minor repairs of PCs, laptops, and office equipment (computers, MFPs, etc.);
Configuration of operating systems and software, ensuring uninterrupted workstation performance;
Execution of tasks related to installation, labeling, and technical maintenance of the local network;
Keeping records of equipment, documentation, reports, and logs;
Preparation of technical specifications for the procurement of IT equipment and consumables;
Participation in equipment acceptance and interaction with contractors;
Creation and updating of instructions, regulations, and knowledge base.
Secondary specialized or higher technical education;
Work experience: at least 1 year;
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, domain structure, and Active Directory;
Excellent proficiency in PC and office equipment, skills in diagnostics and troubleshooting;
Knowledge of networking technologies and principles (LAN/WAN), experience in installation and maintenance of local networks;
Skills in business correspondence and professional communication;
Will be an adventage: • Work experience in a banking or corporate environment; • Knowledge of Service Desk systems; • Skills in vendor interaction and equipment evaluation.
