Working with clients on overdue loan repayments;
Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team;
Forming a credit portfolio and monitoring the achievement of planned lending targets;
Monitoring the credit portfolio’s status;
Controlling and coordinating the work of lending sector employees;
Participating in the development of new and improvement of existing credit products and services for clients.
Higher education in economics/finance;
Continuous work experience in the financial and banking sector for at least 2 years;
Analytical and critical thinking, high stress tolerance;
Knowledge of banking legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and requirements of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
