Lending Department, Senior / Middle Specialist

Consulting and servicing clients on financing conditions (financing terms, interest rates, forms of financing, etc.) and requirements for the document package necessary for loan application review in accordance with Bank standards;

Conducting activities to attract potential clients involved in financing;

Ensuring stable growth of the Bank’s credit portfolio while maintaining acceptable quality through risk minimization and diversification;

Performing timely and high-quality financial analysis of clients’ businesses to determine overall solvency, stability, and creditworthiness;

Preparing expert opinions on projects with justification for the feasibility of financing or adjustment of financing conditions for an existing loan.

Higher education in economics, or equivalent experience in the banking sector;

At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector;

At least 2 years of experience in lending;

Skills in selling banking products/services to clients;

Knowledge of banking legislation;

Proficiency in computer applications;

Communication skills and high level of client and partner interaction.
