Organize the work of the Department, monitor and coordinate employees’ activities;
Ensure compliance with the requirements of legislation, the Bank’s internal regulatory documents, and other regulatory acts related to bank card issuance;
Distribute responsibilities among Department employees and create conditions for effective task execution;
Monitor the processes of card issuance, personalization, and delivery;
Cooperate with the processing center, payment systems, and other Bank departments on card issuance matters;
Prepare reports and participate in the implementation of projects related to the development of the card business.
Higher education in economics or technical field;
Total work experience of at least 3 years;
Work experience in banking or financial institutions of at least 3 years;
Experience in organizing and controlling card issuance and delivery processes;
Knowledge of the banking legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Knowledge of banking operations and processes;
Knowledge of payment system principles; Skills in personnel management and department organization.
