Develop and support the Bank’s card products (debit/credit Visa cards);
Manage the card product lifecycle;
Collect and prepare information for updating tariffs, terms, and product parameters;
Develop transactional services (P2P, QR, online payments);
Participate in the development of acquiring services and card infrastructure;
Increase transactional activity and profitability of card products;
Analyze product performance indicators (card issuance, activity, transactions, fees);
Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for management and internal departments;
Interact with IT, processing, and related departments;
Participate in launching new features and improving the customer experience;
Monitor task deadlines and maintain product documentation;
Support the Product Manager in ongoing tasks and projects.

1–3 years of experience in banking/fintech;
Experience with card products or payments;
Understanding of issuance, acquiring, and transaction business processes;
Strong data analysis and reporting skills;
Experience working with IT and cross-functional teams;
Ability to work with documentation and track task deadlines.
