Develop and support the Bank’s mobile application and official website;
Formulate and implement the product strategy for digital channels;
Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks for app and website development;
Launch new features and services (payments, transfers, self-service);
Improve customer experience (UX/UI, customer journey) in the mobile app and on the website;
Analyze user behavior and product metrics;
Cooperate with IT, marketing, operations, and external contractors;
Participate in the development and implementation of marketing activities in digital channels;
Monitor task implementation deadlines and the quality of digital products;
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Higher education in Economics, IT, Marketing, or related fields;
Experience in launching and developing digital services;
Knowledge of product approaches (Agile, Scrum, CJM, MVP);
2–3 years of experience in banking/fintech or digital;
Experience working with mobile applications and websites;
Understanding of banking products (payments, transfers, cards);
Skills in analytics and metrics (DAU, MAU, conversion, web analytics);
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
