Head of the Information Technology Department

Implementation of the general management of the Information Technology Department and coordination of the work of the structural units that make up its structure;

Development and implementation of the Bank's IT strategy in accordance with business objectives and development strategy;

Organization of uninterrupted operation of information systems, IT infrastructure, server and network equipment, as well as telecommunication services of the Bank;

Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory legal acts and internal documents of the Bank in the field of information technology and information security;

Participation in the formation of the IT budget, control of the effective use of financial, software and technical resources;

Control over the development of technical, design and operational documentation;

Organization of training, development and evaluation of the effectiveness of Management personnel.

Higher education in the field of information technology, information security, automation or other technical specialty;

At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, including senior positions in the field of information technology;

Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating banking activities, as well as regulatory requirements in the field of information technology and information security;

Practical experience in managing IT infrastructure, server platforms, network solutions, virtualization and data storage systems;

Experience in implementing large-scale IT projects, digital transformation and implementation of banking information systems.
