Chief Marketing Specialist

Develop and implement the Bank’s comprehensive marketing strategy.

Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across all stages, including ATL, BTL, and digital channels.

Develop creative concepts and communication messages for various promotional channels.

Prepare, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget.

Coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors, including advertising agencies, production studios, and media partners.

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities using key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, CPA, CPL, reach, and conversion rates.

Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ marketing activities; prepare analytical reports and actionable recommendations.

Ensure that all marketing materials comply with the advertising and financial services regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing (SMM), media planning, and performance marketing tools.

Experience in launching and managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Proficiency in marketing analytics, performance metrics, and budget management.

Knowledge of the Kyrgyz Republic’s legislation governing the advertising of financial services.

Confident user of office software and marketing tools.

Knowledge of the Kyrgyz language is an advantage.

Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and systems thinking, initiative, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
