Kaloyan Stoyanov became a member of the Bank’s Supervisory board in 2013. From 2019, he is a Chairman of the SB. In addition, Mr. Stoyanov is a head of the Appointment and Remuneration committee. He obtained a doctorate of law from University of Lausanne. At present, he is an independent consultant on legal and tax issues. He has over 40 years of experience in legal and tax matters.
Claude Widmer is a member of the Bank’s Supervisory board since 2013 and a member of the Audit Committee and Risks management committee. He received his education in Geneva Business School. At present, Mr. Widmer is an independent consultant on economic issues. He has more than 45 years of working experience in banking in leadership positions, in particular, was heading a branch of Credit Suisse bank, where he was in charge of credit activity. He also was a director of Cantonal Bank of Geneva.
Salomon Benaroche has been an independent member of the Supervisory board since 2023 and is a chairman of the Audit Committee and a member the Risk Management Committee and Appointment and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Benaroche graduated from the Geneva Technical School. Salomon has more than 50 years of experience in product promotion and administration in large companies. After 35 years of working in IT distribution in large and medium-sized companies in Switzerland, he participated in the creation of a real estate brokerage company, where he is still working today.

Almaz Tashbaev joined the Supervisory board in March 2021 and is the member of the Risk Management Committee and the Audit Committee. He received a higher education in finance and credit from the Russian State Social University (Moscow, Russia). He has over 25 years of experience in financial structures. Since October 2018, he has held the position of Executive Director of CJSC “Central Asia International” Digital Assets Exchange”.
Daniyar Mamyrazakov has been a member of the Supervisory board since March 2019. He is a member of the Appointment and Remuneration Committee. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has experience in lending in banks and microcredit companies in Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Canada.
