1. Disclaimer for Remote/Internet Banking Services
Attention! Information for users of the Internet/Mobile Banking system
The Bank informs that the Internet/Mobile Banking system, as well as the authentication tools provided for access (logins, passwords, one-time codes, PIN codes, and other transaction confirmation tools), are intended exclusively for personal use by Bank customers.
Customers are prohibited from transferring, selling, or otherwise assigning the Internet/Mobile Banking system, as well as logins, passwords, and other access credentials, to third parties.
Customers are liable under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic for transferring or selling access to the Internet/Mobile Banking system, including logins and passwords, as well as for carrying out financial transactions using the system on behalf of or in the interests of third parties for unlawful purposes. Such actions may constitute grounds for liability, including criminal liability, under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
If such cases are detected, the Bank has the right to take measures provided by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the customer agreement, including restricting or suspending services.
2. Disclaimer for Bank Payment Cards
Attention! Information for bank cardholders
A bank payment card (the card), as well as the associated access credentials (PIN code, CVV/CVC code, logins, passwords, and other authentication tools used in remote services), are intended exclusively for personal use by the cardholder.
Cardholders are prohibited from transferring, selling, or otherwise providing the bank card, its details, or access credentials to third parties.
The cardholder is liable under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic for transferring or selling the card and/or access credentials to third parties, as well as for conducting financial transactions using the card on behalf of or in the interests of third parties for unlawful purposes. Such actions may constitute grounds for liability, including criminal liability, under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Bank has the right, upon detection of such cases, to take measures provided by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the customer agreement, including restricting or suspending services.
