Attention! Information for users of the Internet/Mobile Banking System
The Bank hereby notifies that the Internet/Mobile Banking System, as well as the authentication credentials provided for access thereto (usernames, passwords, one-time codes, PIN codes, and other transaction authentication tools), are intended solely for the personal use of the Bank’s customers.
Bank customers are prohibited from transferring, selling, or otherwise providing to third parties access to the Internet/Mobile Banking System, including usernames, passwords, and any other means of access to the Internet/Mobile Banking System.
Bank customers shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic for transferring or selling access to the Internet/Mobile Banking System, including usernames and passwords, to third parties, as well as for conducting financial transactions through the Internet/Mobile Banking System upon the instructions of and/or in the interests of third parties for the purpose of carrying out unlawful activities. Such actions may constitute grounds for holding the responsible persons liable, including criminal liability, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Should the Bank identify any instances of access being provided to third parties, the Bank shall have the right to take measures provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the agreement with the user, including restricting or suspending services.
