Attention! Information for Holders of Bank Payment Cards
A bank payment card (the “Card”), as well as the access credentials associated with it (PIN code, CVV/CVC code, usernames, passwords, and other authentication tools used when the Card is utilized in remote service channels), are intended solely for the personal use of the Cardholder.
The Cardholder is prohibited from transferring, selling, or otherwise providing to third parties the Card, its details, as well as usernames, passwords, and any other means of access to the Card.
The Cardholder shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic for transferring or selling the Card and/or the means of access thereto to third parties, as well as for conducting financial transactions using the Card upon the instructions of and/or in the interests of third parties for the purpose of carrying out unlawful activities. Such actions may constitute grounds for holding the responsible persons liable, including criminal liability, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Should the Bank identify any instances of access being provided to third parties, the Bank shall have the right to take measures provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the agreement with the user, including restricting or suspending services.
