Starting from October 1, 2024, Visa is changing its lounge service provider to DragonPass, giving our clients access to over 1,200 lounges worldwide, ensuring top-notch service and comfort.
To simplify access to lounges, beginning October 1, clients will be able to use digital membership through the Visa Airport Companion app, available for download from the App Store or Play Market, or utilize the Visa Concierge chat bot.
With our new partner, Visa will continue to provide an exceptional digital experience and access to top-tier lounges.
