CJSC «KSB Commercial Bank» informs that in connection with the imposition of sanctions by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) against JSC «National Payment Card System» (JSC «NSPK»), the operator of the «Mir» Payment System cards, CJSC «Interbank Processing Center» terminates relations with JSC «NSPK» from April 5, 2024. In this regard, CJSC «KSB Commercial Bank» is forced to stop servicing Russian «Mir» bank cards.
Please note that from April 3, 2024 from 12:00 (Bishkek time) the following operations will be unavailable:
cashless payment at POS terminals and cash withdrawal at ATMs;
transfer from card to card;
e—commerce - online payments from a card to the accounts of trade and service enterprises.
However, all other operations and services of the Bank are operating normally. You can safely make payments, use ATMs and acquiring devices for non-cash transactions, as well as make transfers between your cards and other transactions in our branches.
